Structure
Magnetic circuit is made of shell, iron core, out magnetic pole, inner magnetic pole and absorbed. Insulation material with H grade heat resistance grade .Its use of high wear resistance of high manganese steel. Care and Maintenanc

Should regularly check whether there are cracks in the solenoid enclosure.
If it is found that cracks should be welded in time.
2, Each class before use to check whether the normal connectors and cables
Found abnormal should be processed in a timely manner
3, After long-term use, the insulation resistance of the electromagnet will drop
Please use 500V shake table to measure the thermal state of the electromagnet insulation resistance, should be more than 1M or more, or should be repaired in time
4 The chain and a pin used for a long time, found that more than 10% wear should be replaced
5 After long-term use, the electromagnet is found to decrease the suction, and the DC resistance of the coil should be checked. If the rated value is not reached, the coil of the electromagnet should be replaced.
